16 ounces egg whites
2 tablespoons Parmesan
1 tablespoon pesto
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1/4 cup chopped zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
pepper to taste
What To Do With the Ingredients
Saute onion and zucchini in olive oil until lightly brown.
Add egg whites and cook until white and fluffy.
Add parmesan and fluff for about 10 seconds then place on plate and drizzle with pesto.
