This is one of those crazy weeks. I know we all have them, mine is not worse than yours. On Sunday night I sat in bed fighting off a panic attack! I had so many things to do and I didn’t see any possible way I was going to get them all done. Not getting them all done meant letting down a number of people who were depending on me to keep it together. Knowing this only drove my panic attack higher to the surface.
I spent last night being incredibly thankful for my community of Moms. One of those moms Laura over at Semper Fi Momma runs a Monday series called #5Things4Me. I have been promising myself that I would jump in and post with her, but I just haven’t found the time. Crazy, right? How hard could it be to think of 5 things to do for myself?
I woke up this morning, eyeball deep in this project, but yet I could actually see the light at the end of the tunnel. Everything actually seems doable today. At least at this moment it feels doable. Talk to me in an hour.
BUT here are the 5 things I’m going to do for myself this week.
1. Blowout at The Dry Bar tomorrow.
2. A glass of wine and bubble bath after the kids have gone to bed.
3. Write at least one post for myself on Rock On Mommies/My Life As Taz
4. Date day with my husband and friends, No Kids!
5. Get to the Dailey Method at least once this week!
