What’s In My Bag This Winter?

What's In My Bag

This is a sponsored post on behalf of Ricola®. My love and my boys love of their soothing relief swiss herb drops are all ours!

Ricola Dual Action Honey Lemon: Because winter is hard. Dry air. Nonstop heaters running. My throat gets dry and I need my Ricola’s soothing, naturally effective relief for cough and sore throats.

What's In My Bag This Winter

Sunglass Case: I used to be the kind of girl who just tossed my glasses in my bag. They would get scratched and I would be buying new ones constantly. No more. I ALWAYS have my sunglass case!

Hand Lotion: Winter means dry skin and our hands are the first thing to start cracking. My favorite hand lotion is always with me.

Lip Plumper & Gloss: This isn’t seasonal. I never leave home without my lip plumper and a shimmery gloss. Ever.

Face Oil: Like your hands, your face gets dry. Throughout the day I take a drop of my face oil, rub it into the tips of my fingers and pat it around my eyes and lip. Instant pick me up to dry, winter skin.

Hair Twists: These are my saving grace. On the fly I am constantly wanting to throw my hair up but bands leave lines. These twists don’t. Twist your hair into a bun and then twist these in. They perfect messy bun. Want your hair down again? Take it out, shake and go.

What's In My Bag This Winter

Notebook: Always a notebook. Yeah I know, there’s an app for that. I like paper and pen.

My Wallet: Because of course.

Retainer Case: My son is supposed to always carry his. Guess how often that happens? I carry an extra.

Extra Christmas Cards: I LOVE when I get an unexpected card from someone who isn’t on my current list delivered to my PO Box. I immediately address a card and send it right back out. If I wait, it doesn’t happen. Then I add them into my contacts and BAM and Christmas Card friend.

Every care package I send throughout the winter includes relief for their coughs and sore throats in the form of Ricola Dual Action Honey LemonRicola is a blend of ten natural Swiss alpine herbs, natural menthol and soothing honey lemon syrup in the center. The boys love them and I love knowing that when I can’t be there to take care of their coughs and sore throats, Ricola can.

Ricola is celebrating the 75th Anniversary of their Original Herb Drop! You can learn a lot of neat facts about Ricola,  and it’s history over the last 75 years. Super fascinating! You can also play their “75 years in 75 seconds” game, where you could be entered to win a Ricola Herb drop made of GOLD!
