I’m not sure about your kids, but I know mine get so excited about trick-or-treating that it’s almost impossible to get them eat dinner. Every year I make something fun, spooky and easy to eat!

These happen to be Ellie’s favorite! Make your trick-or-treater’s favorite bagel sandwich simply put vampire teeth in the center and chocolate eyeballs. BOO!
Mini Brain Subs
Grab a box of Pepperidge Farm Pastry Dough and a bag of mini frozen meatballs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the dough into equal squares and place each square in a small cupcake pan. Place a meatball in each cup. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and add your favorite pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.
