Mushroom  Goat Cheese Puff Made with Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets

Ingredients

Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets

Goat Cheese

1 Onion – Sliced

2 Tablespoons Butter

6 Ounces Sliced Mushrooms

Olive Oil Spray

Cookie Sheet

Directions

In skillet melt one tablespoon of butter and saute onions until brown and soft. Remove onions and set aside. Melt second tablespoon of butter in same skillet and saute mushrooms until brown and soft. Lightly spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray. Cut pastry sheets into squares. Place 12 squares onto cookie sheet. On top of each square put a spoonful of goat cheese, a spoonful of sautéed onions and mushrooms. Pinch the the four corners of puff pastry together at the top. Cook until pastry is lightly brown. Serve.
