8 Eggs – Scrambled
1 Pound Sausage – Fried
Olive Oil Spray
Lightly spray muffin pan with olive oil spray. Cut pastry sheets into squares. Place one square into each muffin cup. Put a couple of spoonfuls of scrambled eggs and sausage in each cup. Cook until eggs are warmed through and pastry is starting to very lightly brown. Remove from oven. Add a spoonful of cheddar cheese on top. Cook for another 5 – 10 minutes. Serve.
