Home made Queso Dip. I swear it's super easy!

Let me warn you now, this is NOT a healthy recipe.  As a matter of fact I should work out at least 3 times tomorrow to make up for this!  Sometime you need to say the hell with it and dive in!

Queso Dip

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium tomato

1/2 a yellow onion

1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

1 clove of garlic

8 oz of White American Cheese

4 oz of Jack Cheese

1/2 cup of Half and Half

Directions

Heat the olive oil, diced tomato’s, diced onion’s, and chopped cilantro over a medium heat.  Cute the cheese into small cubes, add to olive oil and veggies. Add diced garlic (to taste if you don’t like garlic don’t worry about adding it).  Pour in 1/2 cup of half and half.  Stir until cheese is melted.  Serve warm.

If you want to get crazy, add a can of Hormel Chili! YUM
