3 years ago today I married my sweet, sometimes forgetful, but always loving husband. In today’s blog I thought I’d share a few moments from our day.
Now if only I could get the wedding photographer to actually give me my photos on a disc!!!! Instead I have to deal with the already fading proofs.
I loved my wedding day! I loved the location. The Juniper Serra Museum sits on a hill over looking San Diego. I loved the weather. It rained the day before and the day after, but on my day it was sunny and warm. I loved my dress. I’d pick a different one if I did it again, but only because I get bored. I loved my colors, black and white. I loved my flowers. I loved that I had friends and family there, even though most of my family lives on the East Coast. Most of all, I loved that I was getting married to Mike.
My family cried…
My girlfriends cried, but I didn’t cry once. I had a big smile on my face the whole time.
Ok, I cried once. When I danced with my Daddy. I surprised him with the song that I made him sing to me everyday single day when I was a little girl.

I’m only posting this photo because I like my hair. 🙂
This photo because I don’t think my husband has danced with me since.
My husband, who’s you already crying in this photo, is having lunch with Hadley and his wife Ashley today (the older couple in the photo). They officiated our wedding and it was the most amazing ceremony ever!! It was great to hear the female and male prospective on things and they were hysterical.
Look to the right of the photo… Doesn’t that look like a torture device? hee hee
Thank you honey! I love you even more today!
I love you so much that I put up the picture where you look good and I look wrinkly! 🙂
