The slightly creepy and equally fun tradition of the Elf on the Shelf is back. Making our holiday lives a little bit harder, a little bit easier as we can just point to the clown-like elf when the kids are misbehaving and a little bit more creative. We don’t know about you, but by night three we have hit our creative peak and are scouring Pinterest for any idea that might get us through. Search no more. We are here to make your lives easier.
Because wine makes us forget and the holidays are full of things to remember, shopping to be done and lists to be made we would like to provide you with this Expert Elf tip:
Put an alarm on your phone to go off everyday in December at 8:45 pm that reminds you to logon to MomSmack to find your prompt and move that darn Elf.
Don’t forget to take photos of your Elf on the Shelf. Then post them to your Instagram using the hashtag #ElfSmack. Also log on to the MomSmack Facebook page and link to your photos in the comment section. We will pick our daily favorites and feature them on the MomSmack site, the MomSmack, Ooph and RockonMommies Facebook pages, our #ElfSmack Pinterest board, Twitter and Instagram.
Looking to win $50 Panera gift card this holiday season because your Elf creativity is just that dang good? Then don’t forget to enter your elf in Laura Crawford’s Elf on the Shelf contest. She will be selecting one random winner at the end of the Elf on the Shelf Season. For more info, click here #ElfingAroundTheHouse
