Disclosure: This post is sponsored by CoolSculpting, but all the words and my soon to be dying fat cells are mine!
It’s been 4 months since my last CoolSculpting treatment and I am so excited to share my after thoughts with you. While I was going through the treatment I had a number of readers ask me several questions.
Does it really work? YES, but it’s not a magic cure. You can not go in expecting to lose a ton of weight. If you exercise or are active and live a healthy lifestyle, this is for you. I still have my bad day and good days. Somedays I look better than others and I can always tell when I’ve skipped a week of working out.
Does it hurt? Yes and no. For about the first few seconds it’s a weird pressure sucking feeling, but it’s not unbearable and it quickly goes away. After the procedure I was tender for a few days but nothing crazy.
Does it leave a mark? I was warned that I might bruise, but honestly… nothing! Now I did see someone else who did bruise, but it away after a few days.
How many treatments will I need? That different for everyone. Each section of your body is considered a treatment. I did 4 on my tummy and one on each of my sides. So that’s 6 total areas. I’m think that I might redo 2 more sections on my tummy. I’m happy with the way it turned out, but I’d be happier with a little more.
How much does it cost? This is part I tell you need to go get a consultation! So if you are interested in going through this transformation with me or to see if it’s the right solution for you, go get a consultation! Seriously? What could it hurt?
Are you happy with the results? It for sure better than what it was, now it’s all up to me. We’re leaving for Hawaii this week and I am way more comfortable walking around in a bikini now than I was at the beginning of the summer. I put on a pair of skinny leather pants this past weekend that would have never fit me in May.
Here’s the part I’ve been dreading, my before…
And now the after…
No I don’t look like I did when I was 30, but I’m 43, have 3 babies, I work out maybe 3 times a week and don’t follow a strict diet. I do feel comfortable walking around in my bikini the whole time I’m here in Hawaii.
I go back for my follow up consultation in a couple of weeks so I’ll share my inches lost with you then.
