Let’s face it, my 30’s are quickly fading. While I’m looking forward to diving into my 40’s, part of me is a little sad to let go of the decade where I finally became comfortable in my own skin. Now that 40 is knocking on my door I’m noticing that I can’t eat the way I use. I want to continue to feel good about the way I look, so I’m learning to eat better.
Thank goodness Bear Naked is there to lend me a hand.

Ok so that I’ve shared all the boring healthy details you want to know how they taste. That’s what I wanted to know too. My 5 year old daughter loved the Soft-Baked Granola Cookies so much that I didn’t even have a chance to try them!!! They are gone and she’s asking for more.
So now what did I think. Admittedly I am not a healthy eater. So I was a little nervous. So late Saturday I sat down with the bag of Triple Berry Crunch Gorilla and a bowl full of 1% milk. I took one spoon full and was absolutely shocked! I loved it! It was sweet and crunchy. After 2 bowls I was hooked! I have a bowl every morning since.
If you see me out and about, you will probably find a bag of the trail mix in my purse. I mean, hey, I pregnant and always need a snack. Right? I might even share with you!
So now it’s your turn to try!
